Stubborn stains should be wiped with warm tea water, and solvents such as alcohol and gasoline should be avoided. After treatment, a protective film should be formed by applying light wax
Deep cleaning
Clean quarterly with pH 6-8 neutral cleaner (dilution ratio 1:20), and complete the entire process within 3 minutes
Immediately absorb residual moisture with a soft cloth after wiping, and turn on dehumidification equipment (humidity 45-60%) in humidity sensitive areas
2、 Environmental regulation standards
Light management
Avoid placing in areas with direct sunlight. When the UV intensity is greater than 50 μ W/cm ², use UPF50+UV resistant curtains
The daily cumulative light exposure time should not exceed 4 hours, and it is recommended to use intelligent light sensing curtains with automatic adjustment
Temperature and humidity balance
Maintain room temperature at 18-25 ℃, equipped with constant humidity equipment to maintain humidity at 40-60% (fluctuation amplitude ≤ 5%)
During the rainy season, intermittent ventilation method is used (opening windows for 5 minutes every 2 hours), combined with diatomaceous earth moisture absorbing pads to enhance moisture resistance
3、 Surface protection strategy
Physical isolation measures
Desktop configuration with 3mm thermal insulation silicone pad, temperature resistance range of -20 ℃ to 150 ℃, coverage rate of 90%
EPDM anti slip foot pads (hardness 50 ± 5 Shore A) are installed on the chair legs to reduce contact surface wear
Chemical protection system
Use natural beeswax for maintenance every six months (dosage 5g/m ²), evenly wipe along the grain to form an oxygen permeable protective layer
Apply wood wax oil (vegetable oil-based>85%) to the mortise and tenon joint structure, with a penetration depth of ≥ 0.5mm
